Portlandia, February something

Ok, so I didn't know this was a thing, and I doubt this is exclusively Portland, but my GOODNESS. Chicken and waffles?? Who knew?

Anyway, this picture is of a couple of ladies in the CRNA program with Brad. Almost the whole group went out to celebrate Brad turning old, and they even bought us breakfast! So nice.

The restaurant is called Screen Door, and it is pretty much famous around these parts. They have awesome breakfast. As in, people are lined up outside the door waiting to get in to this place. Standing in rain. And, I will admit, it was really good.

But seriously. Chicken and waffles?!?

P.S. They said it is delicious.
